Yes, all the materials we use when making jewelry are of the best quality which gives the product durability. The sterling silver sample of our jewelry is 925, which will last for years if properly maintained.
- You should take off your jewelry when doing household chores so as not to expose it to mechanical or chemical damage.
- Avoid contact with chlorine, cosmetics ie. makeup remover products and perfumes, as silver jewelry can react to chemical agents with a color change.
- Protect against bumps and too strong pulls (there is a risk of jewelry breaking off).
- Jewelry should be removed before bathing and washing hands – avoid contact with water.
- Jewelry should also be protected from moisture.
- Jewelry wears out over time, which is a natural process. Therefore, abrasions, scratches and abrasion of the gilding coating are not covered by the warranty.
- Jewelry should be stored in specially designed, soft fabric padded, lockable boxes. This limits the access of air to the jewelry and reduces the possibility of oxide formation on it, and protects against possible deformation of the weave (in the case of delicate chains).
- When silver jewelry is used, the surface tarnishes and blackens. This is a natural process. Silver, as a result of contact with air, is covered with a dark tarnish – a layer of silver sulfide. Unwanted tarnish can be removed on your own, with a special cloth, or at a jeweler.
Complaints arising from non-compliance with the above rules and improper use of jewelry are not considered.
